These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the use of the consumer websites operated by Film Distribution Group companies — including heafilm.ee, labskino.lv, dukine.lt, and film-specific pages we operate (“websites”). By using our websites, you agree to these Terms.

1. WHO PROVIDES THE SERVICE

Each website is operated by the Group company responsible for the respective country: Estonian Theatrical Distribution OÜ (heafilm.ee), Latvian Theatrical Distribution SIA (labskino.lv), and Theatrical Film Distribution UAB / Dukine Film Distribution UAB (dukine.lt). 2. WHAT THE WEBSITES DO

Our websites provide information about films we distribute — release dates, cinema information, trailers, and related news — and let you subscribe to film notifications and newsletters (see Section 6 of our Privacy Policy). Use of the websites is free of charge. We do not sell cinema tickets on these websites; tickets are sold by cinemas and their ticketing partners, to which we may link.

3. NOTIFICATIONS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

You can subscribe to film notifications or newsletters by entering your email address or, as a registered user, through actions on our websites that request notifications about a specific film (such as marking a film as one you want to see or asking to be reminded about it). You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the websites; if we discontinue a notification feature, pending notifications simply stop.

4. CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All image and video content on our websites — film titles, posters, stills, artwork, trailers, and related promotional materials — belongs to the respective film studios, producers, and rights holders. We do not claim ownership of film promotional materials: we use them under our distribution license agreements, solely for the purpose of promoting the films we distribute.

Website content is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, scrape, bulk-download, or republish website content without our written permission, except as permitted by law.

If you believe our websites display content we should not display — for example, material you hold rights to — you can object to us directly at info@filmdistribution.eu. We review every such notice promptly and will respect lawful claims, including by correcting or removing the material where justified.

5. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to use the websites unlawfully, interfere with their operation, circumvent security or access controls, or access them by automated means at volumes exceeding normal personal use.

6. NO WARRANTY; LIABILITY

Website content is provided on an “as is” basis. Release dates, showtimes, and cinema information are set by cinemas and distributors and may change without notice — always check with the cinema before travelling. Links to third-party websites (cinemas, ticketing services, social media) lead to services we do not control and are not responsible for. To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with the use of these free websites is limited to cases of intent or gross negligence. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that consumers have under mandatory law.

7. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms are governed by the law of the country of the operating company (Section 1) — Estonia, Latvia, or Lithuania respectively — without prejudice to protections you enjoy as a consumer under the law of your country of residence. If you have a complaint, contact us first (info@filmdistribution.eu) — we aim to resolve issues directly. Consumers may also turn to the national consumer authority: the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority and the Consumer Disputes Committee in Estonia (TTJA / Tarbijavaidluste komisjon), the Consumer Rights Protection Centre in Latvia (PTAC), or the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority in Lithuania (VVTAT).

8. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on the websites, with the date above updated. Material changes to notification features will be communicated in the emails themselves.
